Tak Bat Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use Tak Bat's services, you must meet the following requirements. Tak Bat reserves the right to close any account at any time if these terms and conditions are not followed.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• You must register an account in your own name. Operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Tak Bat may request you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process at any time.
• Registering with false information will result in immediate account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Account Management

The security of your Tak Bat account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below to keep your account safe.

• Keep your password strong and confidential. Never share it with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• To update your account details, you will need to complete a verification process through our support team.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be temporarily suspended.

Keep your account information up to date at all times. Tak Bat is not responsible for payment delays or issues arising from outdated or incorrect details.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Tak Bat supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All payment transactions are secure and encrypted.

• Deposits are credited to your account instantly, typically within 5 minutes.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before you can submit a withdrawal request.
• Daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 and monthly limit is ৳5,00,000.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, Tak Bat may place a temporary hold on your withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Requests via a different method are generally not accepted.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's mobile banking or bank account is strictly prohibited.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tak Bat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome bonus is available to new registrants only and can be claimed once.
• The required wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system will result in account termination.

• The use of bots, automation software, or any artificial means to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion — where multiple players work together to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.

• Tak Bat's AI monitoring system continuously tracks and reviews suspicious activity.
• If fraud is established, the account will be terminated and legal action may be taken.

6. Responsible Gaming

Tak Bat believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not addiction. We care about the mental and financial well-being of every player.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Take a Break: You can take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: If needed, you can request to permanently close your account.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Tak Bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Bonus system abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If the account holder is found to be underage.
